2 pounds Carrots, peeled and sliced crosswise
3 tbsp Butter
1 tsp Sugar
Salt
Chopped Parsley leaves

🥣Instructions
1. In a large saucepan, combine the Carrots with the Butter, Sugar, Salt, and 2 cups of Water. Cover and cook over low heat until the Carrots are tender and the Water evaporates, 30 to 45 minutes.
2. Transfer the Carrots to a warmed serving dish. Sprinkle with Parsley and serve.
💡Tips
If your Carrots have been in the refrigerator for a while, cook them in boiling water first for 10 minutes, then drain.
