🛒Ingredients (Grocery List)
1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
3 tbsp Virgin Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
1 Shallot or small Onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp mixed chopped Chervil, Tarragon, and Chives
1 tsp small Capers

🥣Instructions
1. In a medium bowl, whisk the Vinegar with the Oil and season with Salt and Pepper. Beat in the Shallot or Onion, Herbs, and Capers.
💡Tips
Serve this pungent vinaigrette with calf’s head or feet, cold meats, or fish.
Cut the herbs into a glass using scissors. It’s simple and the Herbs stay fresh longer.
