2 tbsp Butter
4 Beef Steaks
Salt and Pepper

🥣Instructions
1. In a large skillet, melt the Butter over medium-high heat. Add the Steaks and brown them well, turning on 2 to 3 minutes per side. Season with Salt and Pepper. Transfer to a warmed platter and serve.
💡Tips
When you can get it, garnish the Steaks with watercress sprigs. It’s always appealing. Any remaining Watercress can go to make a side Salad.
