Creamy Dijon Mustard Sauce

🛒Ingredients (Grocery List)

  • 3 tbsp Salted Butter

  • 1/2 cup Crème Fraîche or Heavy Cream

  • 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard

  • 2 tsp Tarragon, finely chopped

  • 2 tsp Parsley, finely chopped

  • 1/2 tsp Salt

  • 1/2 Pepper

  • 1-2 tsp Water, as needed

🥣Instructions

1. In a skillet, melt 3 tablespoons Butter over medium heat. When the butter is foaming add the Dijon Mustard, stirring constantly with a wood spoon for about 30 seconds. Add the Crème Fraîche or Heavy Cream and mix well, scraping the bottom of the pan. Once it becomes hot but not simmering, stir in Salt, Pepper, Tarragon and Parsley. If the sauce seems too thick, thin with a little Water as needed. Serve immediately on the top of your favorite meat.
