French Cooking: A Family Heritage
This book is dedicated to my Father. He was a fine gourmet and a really good man. I miss him every single day. To my mother, who was an accomplish Chef. She was always in the Kitchen and teached me most of the recipes in this book. To my grandma Marguerite. From as far I can remember, she always taught me the love of cooking. I miss her rabbit stew, tuna salad and rice pudding. To my Godmother Monique, who was a chef. She was the owner of a restaurant in Paris name l’Hirondelle near the Opéra and was a master on making Chocolate Mousse and Foie Gras. Finally, to my daughters, Anne-Laure, Sophie and Clémence. You are the best daughters a mother could have dreamed of, and you all excel at cooking!
