Pan-Seared Pork Chops with Apples

3 tbsp Butter
4 Pork Chops
Salt and Pepper
4 Golden Delicious Apples, peeled, quartered, and thinly sliced

🥣Instructions
1. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of the Butter over medium high heat. Add the Pork Chops and cook, turning once, until nicely browned. Reduce the heat to medium and cook for 7 to 8 minutes per side. Season with Salt and Pepper. Transfer the chops to a warmed platter.
2. In the same skillet, melt the remaining 1 tablespoon of Butter over medium-high heat. Add the Apples and cook, turning once, until nicely browned, 5 to 6 minutes. Arrange on the platter around the Pork Chops and serve.
💡Tips
Serve with Potatoes, either boiled or mashed.
