Soft Boil Eggs

4 large Eggs
Salt and Pepper
Butter for frying
Slices of Bread cut into rectangles

🥣Instructions
1. In a small saucepan, combine the Eggs with the cold Salted water to cover. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then immediately remove the Eggs. The Eggs whites will be barely set. Serve the Eggs in the shell, passing Salt and Pepper at the table.
2. If you prefer to have the whites lightly set, remove the saucepan from the heat when the water comes to a boil and leaves the Eggs in the water for 1 minute before serving.
3. Meanwhile, melt some Butter in a skillet and fry the bread until golden to have buttery soldiers to dip into the soft Yolks.
💡Tips
To prevent the eggshells from breaking in the pan, remove the Eggs from the refrigerator at least 10 minutes before cooking. Also, adding Salt to the water keeps the shells from cracking.
A perfectly cooked soft-boiled Egg has a lightly set white and a warm, soft yolk.
