French Hamburgers

1 pound Ground Beef Chuck
2 tbsp Butter
Salt and Pepper
Chopped Parsley for Sprinkling

🥣Instructions
1. Lightly shape the Beef into 4 patties.
2. In a large skillet, melt the Butter over medium-high heat. Add the Burgers and brown them well, turning once, 3 to 4 minutes per side. Season with Salt and Pepper and transfer to a warmed platter.
3. Sprinkle with the Parsley and serve.
💡Tips
Serving Hamburgers with Béarnaise sauce, usually reserved for expensive cuts, gives them a certain splendor. But since this is not a lofty dish, feel free to use a store-bought sauce.
The cooking time for a Hamburger is always a little longer than for a Steak.
French Steaks Hachés are not served on buns.
