Classic Pan-Seared Veal Chop

4 Veal Chops or Cutlets
Salt and Pepper
All-Purpose Flour for dusting
2 tbsp Butter

🥣Instructions
1. Season the Veal with Salt and Pepper and dust lightly with Flour, patting off the excess.
2. In a large skillet, melt the Butter over medium heat. Add the Veal and cook, turning once, until golden brown, 4 or 5 minutes per side, depending on the thickness. Transfer to a warmed platter and serve.
💡Tips
Dusting the meat with Flour is not crucial, but it does help the chop or cutlet to brown nicely and keeps it moist.
Don’t cover the skillet or cook at a too low temperature or the meat will lose its juiciness.
